The Administration Assistant will support day-to-day office operations. The role will involve coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements, preparing documentation, supporting client requirements, and assisting with various administrative activities as required.

This is a remote, field-based role, and we welcome applications from candidates based in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Western Australia. Travel to customer sites across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia is required, with comprehensive training provided.
The Parts Interpreter plays a vital part in keeping our operations moving by ensuring workshop teams have the right parts available at the right time. You will be responsible for parts procurement, inventory management, stock accuracy, supplier coordination and supporting efficient workshop operations through effective stock control using Workshop Mate (WSM).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock availability to support workshop operations
• Ensure parts are sourced, processed and delivered within required timeframes
• Manage purchase orders, supplier coordination and invoice processing accurately
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly
• Maintain organised, safe and compliant parts storage areas
• Support efficient maintenance delivery through effective parts control
• Previous experience in parts interpreting, warehouse operations, inventory control or a similar role
• Strong computer skills and experience with inventory management systems
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogues and supplier information
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
