Designed for efficient, high-productivity road maintenance, Ausroad’s Synchronous Spray Seal Truck is a fully self-contained solution, carrying all product and signage systems required for road maintenance and chip-sealing applications. Capable of safe single-operator use, it features a rotary broom with dust suppression for sealing preparation, a 2.4 m side-shifting single-pass emulsion spray bar, and an aggregate chip spreading attachment. The spray bar includes eight independently controllable jets, delivering spray widths from 300 mm to 2.4 m, making it ideal for patches or pavement edge break repairs. A full-width adjustable screed bar assists with profile correction, while the intuitive Ausroad Nexus control system provides complete control of the entire operation.
